About this role
As an Individual Contributor, this role leads business projects and initiatives that support departmental and enterprise objectives. The role is responsible for independently managing project execution, partnering with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes, and applying project management expertise to deliver results while balancing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and organizational priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, communications, finance, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, business process improvement, business analysis, operational management, or related disciplines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in agility, communication, customer experience, and technology literacy.
- Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in business acumen, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, meeting facilitation and presentation, project management, and results driven.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, solve complex problems, and deliver successful project outcomes within a dynamic business environment.
