Become a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you’ll serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles across the organization. You’ll develop sourcing and recruiting strategies, identify and engage high-quality talent, advise leaders throughout the selection process, and use market insights and recruiting data to drive effective hiring decisions.

Responsibilities
- Creates and completes requisitions in the appropriate applicant system in alignment with internal processes. Builds and maintains effective partnerships with other recruiters and hiring managers to create a strategic recruiting plans to attract top industry talent.
- Provides consultation to hiring managers and other stakeholders in alignment with applicable federal and state employment laws and regulations as well as departmental processes.
- Sources and pipelines candidates for jobs through internal and external tools and resources.
- Aggregates market and industry data for the purposes of negotiating compensation with applicants and influencing strategic recruiting methods with hiring teams.
- Ensures quality and approves job postings and advertising.
- Contributes to the company's employer brand by promoting workplace culture, values, and tech-related initiatives.
- Builds and maintains the network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, crafting job postings, and building recruitment strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple requisitions across a variety of job families and levels while balancing competing priorities.
- Demonstrated experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and identifying passive talent through multiple channels.
- Experience consulting with hiring managers and business leaders on recruiting strategy, candidate selection, labor-market conditions and hiring decisions.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms and recruiting technologies; experience with SAP/SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems is a plus.
- Experience recruiting within utilities, energy, engineering, technical, skilled trades or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
Additional Information
- The position’s work mode is remote . Employee is able to work primarily at home or remote however, the employee may be expected to come to an SCE facility on occasion. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California. Hiring organizations can add further requirements related to specific jobs. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
