We're seeking a permanent, full-time Client Services Officer to join the team.

Your role and contribution

- Provide efficient day-to-day administrative support to the team.
- Deliver professional front-of-house and client service support.
- Coordinate mail, couriers and general office requirements.
- Assist with client onboarding, offboarding, verification and record maintenance.
- Prepare, scan, print, bind and distribute client documents and signing packs.
- Coordinate Adobe Sign processes and ensure documents are completed within required timeframes.
- Support billing, invoice processing, credit card reconciliations and related administration.
- Assist with task management, reporting, events, facilities and stationery requirements.
- Collaborate with clients, colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely and compliant outcomes while providing an exceptional experience.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.

What you bring to the role

- Experience in administration, client services or a similar environment.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A positive, proactive and results-focused attitude.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- The ability to follow established processes and procedures while maintaining accurate records.
- A willingness to learn, embrace new technology and use AI tools to improve efficiency and service delivery.
