Australian Venue Co. is looking for Assistant Venue Managers and Duty Managers in Geelong, including opportunities at Eureka Hotel .
We’re after hands-on leaders who enjoy being on the floor, supporting their team and making sure guests have a great experience. Whether you’re already managing shifts or you’re a strong supervisor ready to step up, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do
- Lead shifts across food, beverage and day-to-day venue operations.
- Coach the team and keep service running smoothly when it gets busy.
- Handle guest and team issues with confidence and good judgement.
- Support the Venue Manager to maintain a safe, welcoming and well-run venue.
What you’ll bring
- Experience leading shifts in a pub, bar or busy hospitality venue.
- A calm, practical approach and a genuine interest in developing people.
- A current Victorian RSA.
- Availability to work a hospitality roster, including evenings and weekends.
