About this role
- Delivers quality programs that focus on achieving or exceeding productivity and quality targets.
- Documents all problems and works to resolve them; reports progress on problem resolution to management.
- Devises improvements to current procedures and develops models of possible future configurations.
- Performs workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
- Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
- Performs other duties as directed.
- Preferred - University degree or (equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration or related field plus two years of experience in a quality function.
- Working knowledge of quality concepts, techniques / methodologies including quality and business excellence models (e.g., ISO 9001, 17025, 17065, Lean Sigma, Baldrige / Shingo).
- Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix environment.
- Working knowledge of audit controls.
