About this role
Are you a hands-on facilities professional who takes pride in keeping workplaces safe, efficient, and sustainable? Allianz is looking for a Facility Officer to manage day-to-day building operations, vendor services, and safety compliance across our Bangkok offices — while also contributing to regional ESG and sustainability reporting. This is a full-time, on-site role based at City Link Office Building, Soi Petchaburi 35, Bangkok, Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate with building management and landlords to oversee daily maintenance, workspace layout, seating, and booking systems.
- Supervise third-party vendors (cleaning, security, technicians) — monitor SLAs, checklists, and performance.
- Manage office supply inventories and storerooms; process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and invoices via the procurement system.
- Coordinate venue setup and catering for company events.
- Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and Protective Security Management (PSM) standards.
- Execute BCM, Crisis Management, and Emergency Response Management (ERM) procedures; report monthly non-IT incidents to Group General Incident Management (GIM).
- Track, analyse, and report energy, water, and waste consumption data; contribute to Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and attend monthly Group Sustainability meetings.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, General Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in facility management, building management, administrative services, or property management.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Fundamental knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and fire safety systems.
- Familiarity with local safety laws, environmental standards, BCM, and Crisis Management frameworks.
- Good command of English — written, spoken, and reading — for regional meetings and reporting.
- Strong service mindset, proactive problem-solving attitude, and effective vendor negotiation skills.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety (Safety Officer / จป.) or Fire Safety training is an advantage.
- Professional certification in BCM or ESG/Sustainability reporting is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted facility management or sustainability reporting tools is an advantage.
