Executive, Central Sales Support

Job Summary

To provide end-to-end sales support for Partnership Department (Bancassurance and other partners) to achieve the overall productivity and profitability

Key Responsibilities

- To assist and support in processing Partnership (bancassurance and other partners) submission documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, issuance and post sales service.
- Provide prompt support to Partnership sales team, relevant stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as policy management, customer service, operations, product, claims …etc to facilitate seamless partnership sales operations.
- Manage and maintain the sales system and platform used for banassurance and other partners. To ensure the quality and functionality of the system by conducting various tests, including designing and executing test plans. Identifying, reporting defects and resolving issues.

Key Requirements

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Preferably candidate with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field is an added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with the use of AI tools such as ChatGPT for tasks simplification
