Service Manager – Ireland

What you will do
You will take a key managerial role leading a team of field-line managers & field-based service engineers. You’ll ensure exceptional customer service is delivered across your region while managing the P&L and meeting financial targets. Supporting and developing your team, you’ll drive operational performance and uphold safety standards, ensuring both individual and team success.
This role requires the successful candidate to based 2 days a week in the office and 3 days in the field. Frequent travel throughout Ireland including Belfast, Dublin, Cork & Galway is required.

- Manage your team’s safety, performance and development, ensuring compliance with safety policies and delivering against customer service KPIs.
- Drive operational improvements, manage costs and revenue opportunities and lead your team to optimise individual and collective performance.

What we look for
- Proven experience leading field-based teams and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in fire & security, telecoms, HVAC or similar relevant industry.
- Strong people management, leadership, coaching, and engagement skills are essential.
- Flexible and adaptable to suit changing business needs.
- Commercial awareness, solution-focused, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at engaging, influencing, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and operational problem-solving abilities are required.
- Willingness to travel throughout Ireland as required
