To strengthen their
Front Office team, they are seeking a passionate and driven Front Office
Manager who will take responsibility for the daily operations of the
reception and contribute to the growth of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Daily
supervision, coaching, and motivation of the Front Office team.
- Operational Excellence: Actively work at
the reception, supporting the team during peak times, and ensuring smooth
check-in/check-out processes.
- Guest Experience: Monitor and
enhance guest satisfaction, handle feedback, and resolve complaints
professionally.
- Collaboration: Liaise with
Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to ensure seamless
operations.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage
reservations, billing, payments, and cash handling with precision.
- Process Optimization: Improve Front
Office procedures and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Training & Development: Onboard and
mentor new and existing staff.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor
operational KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Representation: Maintain a professional and welcoming
reception environment.

Requirements

- Experience: Proven track
record in Front Office within the hospitality sector, preferably as a Front
Office Manager, Assistant Manager, or Supervisor .
- Leadership: Strong people
management skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team
members.
- Hands-On Mentality: Combines
leadership with a willingness to support operations during busy periods.
- Guest-Focused: Professional,
representative, and service-oriented approach.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to
prioritize tasks and maintain overview during high-pressure situations.
- Administrative Strength: Meticulous
attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English .
- Flexibility: Adaptable to the
operational realities of a hotel environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Opera
PMS is a significant advantage.
