Concept and layout team manager, Process Systems

The Concept and Piping & Layout Team Manager reports to the Global Engineering Disciplines Director and is responsible for steering a multidisciplinary team of Concept, Piping and layout, and 3D CAD engineers. The role ensures compliance with HSE standards, aligns engineering delivery with Process Systems strategy, and drives continuous improvement while meeting client expectations and financial targets.

- 10+ years of relevant oilfield services experience, including at least 6 years in piping, area layout engineering.
- Engineering degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Strong multi‑disciplinary understanding and solid value‑chain knowledge.
- Proven commercial awareness and ability to manage project financials.
- Broad industrial network and experience with EPC and EP deliveries.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making and responsibility‑taking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor and develop technical teams.
- Pro‑active, innovative mindset with a strong client orientation.
- Commitment to HSE best practices and continuous improvement.
