About this role
Provides leadership role for staff in the performance of functions involved in the safe, efficient distribution of medications, in accordance with relevant laws, rules, regulations, and standards of pharmaceutical care.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
- Current active home country registration
- Dubai Health Authority (DHA) License
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience working as a pharmacist, preferably in a hospital and/or clinic
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain rapport with patients
- Ability to communicate calmly and effectively when counselling patients
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills will be well-regarded
- Excellent computer skills and ability to use ERP systems accurately and effectively
- Demonstrate understanding and practice of confidentiality
- Demonstrate awareness of, and adherence to, quality standards
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate understanding of, and adherence to, processes and procedures
- Ability to work cohesively in a multidisciplinary team
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage my own workload
