Systems Engineer III

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Systems Engineer III to join our growing team!

We are seeking a senior systems engineer to serve as an Agile Scrum Master, own end-to-end development environments, and lead system trade analyses and design alternatives that optimize operations across the system life cycle.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college or university

- Twenty (20) years experience as a Systems Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity

Twenty-five (25) years of systems engineering experience may be substituted for candidates without a qualifying bachelors degree

Required:

- Experience as an Agile Scrum Master

- Experience working in an Agile software development environment

- Experience generating technical documentation

- Experience using Jira and Confluence

- Experience managing end-to-end development environments

- Experience conducting and/or approving end-to-end system trade analyses that optimize system operations over the life cycle

- Experience developing system design alternatives that account for life cycle cost, reuse, complexity, risk, system expansion, and growth
