The Opportunity:
Our operations team works across team delivery, client engagement, and product management. We’re hiring someone with hands-on experience in at least two of these areas who wants to continue working across them.

- Client success and engagement: Work with clients to clarify needs and concerns, coordinate the team’s response, and follow commitments through to completion. Organize briefings and demonstrations as part of the team’s outreach plan.
- Product management support: Work with product leads to turn client and user feedback into clear requirements. Prepare information for backlog and roadmap decisions.
