About this role
Company Overview
Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).
What you'll do
Our organization is seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our procurement team. In this role, you will support the execution of sourcing strategies, manage supplier engagement, and drive operational excellence across General and Administrative (G and A) and other indirect categories. - Lead intake, scoping, and requirements definition for sourcing initiatives using modern procurement orchestration tools (ZipHQ, Levelpath, or equivalent) to ensure structured, repeatable processes
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and key business clauses in agreements (MSAs, SOWs, order forms); use AI tools strategically to analyze contracts and surface risk, while applying your own judgment to business implications
- Support supplier onboarding, risk assessments, and compliance activities in collaboration with Legal, Information Security, Finance, and Third Party Governance teams
- Manage contract lifecycle activities: track renewals, monitor expirations, identify renewal opportunities, and maintain accurate contract and supplier documentation
- Analyze spend data, prepare reports, and create dashboards to provide cost visibility and identify savings opportunities; supplement analysis with AI insights while maintaining critical evaluation of output
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sourcing workflows, reduce cycle time, and strengthen supplier management practices
- Maintain systems-level thinking when evaluating category opportunities; understand how sourcing decisions impact downstream procurement operations and organizational objectives
