General Production Worker – 1st Shift
Pay: $18.75 per hour
Schedule: 1st shift
Job Summary
We are hiring General Production Workers to join a manufacturing team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, production, or commercial woodworking experience who are looking for a consistent Monday–Friday, first-shift schedule.
Responsibilities
- Perform general production and manufacturing duties
- Assist with assembling, handling, and processing products
- Operate basic production equipment and tools as trained
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Inspect products for defects or quality issues
- Move and organize materials throughout the work area
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
- Perform other general production duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or woodworking experience preferred
- Commercial woodworking experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
- Must be willing to work overtime when needed
