We're growing and looking for a Performance Creative Designer to join our Creative team. This role focuses on creating high-converting visuals for paid campaigns across social, display and app store channels, turning data and test results into creative that drives user acquisition and growth.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

- Work with the PPC team and Creative Strategists to turn campaign goals and live performance data into ads that actually convert.
- Design ad creatives for paid channels: Meta, Google Display and other.
- Analyze creative-level metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) to decide what to test next.
- Run your own test loops end to end - hypothesis → variant → test → learn - and move fast.
- Quickly adapt winning creatives into new versions, markets, messages or product variations.
- Contribute to a shared creative learning library - what works, what doesn't, and why.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

- Strong static ad design skills across multiple formats and sizes.
- Confident with a modern design + motion toolset (Figma/Photoshop/Illustrator + After Effects or equivalent).
- Strong ability to execute creative briefs accurately while adapting to feedback and changing priorities.
- Comfortable understanding paid media metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and turning them into your next creative move.
- Able to ship a high volume of variants without letting quality slip.
- Good understanding of AI tools for workflow and output optimization.
- Bonus points if you're into gaming and know what grabs a player's attention.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 3000€ - 4800€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
