Banking Operations Manager.
Conduent is looking for an experienced Banking Operations Manager to lead operations supporting PNC Bank. This is a client-facing role responsible for managing service delivery, operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day banking operations and leadership team.
- Serve as the primary operational contact for the client.
- Manage client expectations, governance meetings, and escalations.
- Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and compliance requirements.
- Oversee workforce planning, operational risks, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop managers and supervisors while promoting accountability and employee engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Candidate Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years of banking experience is required.
- Proven experience leading large-scale operations and multiple workstreams.
- Strong client-facing and relationship-management experience.
- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, quality, productivity, and operational risk.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in banking operations such as fraud, disputes, payments, AML/KYC, account maintenance, or transaction processing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
