About this role

Description

Lead payment processing activities, including ACH, wire transactions, reconciliations, and banking relationships
Manage vendor and internal customer support to ensure timely issue resolution and exceptional service
Oversee corporate travel and purchasing card programs, expense audits, and policy compliance
Coach, mentor, and develop 5 team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
Support hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives
Drive process improvements, strengthen controls, and identify efficiencies across AP operations
Partner cross-functionally with finance, treasury, and business stakeholders to support operational excellence

5+ years of Accounts Payable experience with prior supervisory or team lead experience
Experience working directly with p cards and corporate payment processing
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; Concur and corporate card program experience required
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong Excel skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Passion for process improvement, compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $38.46/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
