Location/Office Policy

Based in Central Park, this is an office-centric role, with three days per week in the office, aligned to business needs.

This is an opportunity to:

- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, programmes and customer-facing initiatives across a range of brands, portfolios and business priorities.

What is the Role

This is an opportunity to play an important role within Group Marketing, supporting the delivery of customer-focused marketing campaigns, programmes and initiatives across a range of brands, portfolios and business priorities.

Working as part of the wider Group Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist will support the planning, coordination and execution of campaigns, programmes and customer-facing initiatives, helping to ensure activity is delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed timelines, governance requirements and brand standards.

The role works closely with Marketing Managers, specialist marketing teams, internal stakeholders and agency partners to coordinate activity, manage delivery detail and contribute to successful customer and commercial outcomes.

This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys managing detail, working collaboratively and supporting high-quality marketing activity in a fast-moving environment.

Key accountabilities

- Support the delivery of marketing campaigns, programmes and customer-facing initiatives across a range of brands, portfolios and business priorities.

- Coordinate activity, assets, approvals and timelines to support successful delivery.

- Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers, specialist teams, stakeholders and agency partners to bring marketing plans to life.

- Support delivery across paid, owned earned and social channels, helping to coordinate content, campaigns and customer communications in line with brand, customer and business objectives.

- Apply brand, regulatory and governance requirements, ensuring marketing materials are accurate, compliant and delivered to agreed standards.

- Support campaign reporting, performance tracking and the identification of insights and learnings to improve future activity.

- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness, customer experience and ways of working.

What you Will Bring

- Experience supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns, programmes, projects or customer-facing initiatives.

- Strong organisational, coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work.

- The ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, customer-focused marketing activity.

- An understanding of customers, brands and marketing performance, and using insights to support continuous improvement.

- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a willingness to learn and contribute across a range of brands, portfolios and business priorities.
