Individual Giving Executive, Fundraising, Dublin

Location: Dublin

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Reporting to the Individual Giving Manager, the Individual Giving Executive will support the Individual Giving Programme consisting of multiple annual appeals and newsletters, and various donor journeys.

Working closely with the rest of the Individual Giving team and the wider fundraising department, notably Brand and Digital, and Supporter Services, the role will play a key role in supporting the fundamental elements of the Individual Giving programme.

This unique role plays an integral part in sourcing authentic and accurate stories from Focus Ireland services.

What you will do:

- Support the production and delivery of direct marketing appeals and newsletters, ensuring administrative and campaign tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the Individual Giving Officer and Individual Giving Manager with printing of direct marketing appeals and newsletters; sourcing and summarising print quotes and carrying out related internal processes.
- Support the Individual Giving Officer with delivery of EDM series for each appeal and newsletter; assisting with copy, data management and segmentation, and the creation of EDMs using Dot Digital and CRM tools.
- Support the Individual Giving Manager and Regular Giving Manager as required, with various database management and related tasks.
- Work closely with the Donor Care and CRM teams, to effectively coordinate administrative tasks that support the Individual Giving programme.

- Support the Individual Giving Officer in sourcing content from Focus Ireland services, developing skills in building relationships and conducting interviews with customers and staff.
- To actively visit, and learn about various services, and feed relevant information to the Individual Giving team.
- Support the Individual Giving Manager on implementation of the multi-channel integrated Christmas campaign.
- Support the Head of Individual Giving, Individual Giving Manager and the rest of the IG team with various initiatives as required.
- Collaborate with all fundraising teams, departments and external agencies as appropriate to build and foster relationships.

What you will need:

- One year experience in fundraising or direct marketing experience, with hands-on experience delivering direct response activity.
- Experience working with CRM systems and data, including audience selection, segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Demonstrated time and project management skills.
- Ability to develop internal relationships across a complex organisation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrates empathy with an ability to engage with vulnerable people/Focus Ireland customers and staff in a respectful and professional manner.

- Salary range for this role is €32,436 - €35,802 (Depending on experience).
