About this role
Exercise Specialist / Fitness Coach - CSCS or TSAC-F
Location: Concord, New Hampshire
Supporting: New Hampshire National Guard
Help Soldiers and Airmen build the physical readiness required to accomplish the mission.
Military fitness is about more than passing a test. Service Members must develop the strength, endurance, movement quality, and durability required to perform demanding military tasks while reducing preventable injuries and maintaining readiness throughout their careers.
LMR Technical Group is seeking an Exercise Specialist/Fitness Coach to support the New Hampshire National Guard's comprehensive physical-readiness program.
You will work directly with Service Members who need assistance improving Army Combat Fitness Test or Air Force Fitness Assessment performance, individuals returning to fitness following injury or medical restriction, and military members and families seeking to improve their overall health and fitness.
Why this role matters
When a Service Member cannot meet military fitness standards, the impact extends beyond an individual fitness score. Physical readiness affects deployability, career progression, retention, unit readiness, and ultimately the ability of the organization to accomplish its mission.
This position gives you the opportunity to apply strength and conditioning expertise in an operational environment where measurable improvement directly contributes to military readiness.
If you want to apply strength and conditioning expertise beyond the traditional gym environment, this is an opportunity to work directly with the military population your profession is designed to support.
