The Opportunity

As a Firmware Engineer_Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness by analyzing their needs and developing strategic solutions. Within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, you will focus on optimizing product development and manufacturing processes, working closely with clients to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies that improve speed to market, reduce costs, and enhance quality. Your role will involve providing guidance on lean manufacturing principles and leveraging digital technologies to streamline operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client relationships and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear. In this role, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This opportunity allows you to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using these insights to inform your recommendations and drive client success.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop operational strategies that enhance productivity and drive business performance
- Collaborating with clients to streamline product development lifecycles and identify bottlenecks
- Implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize supply chain integration and reduce costs
- Leveraging digital technologies to improve product quality and speed to market
- Utilizing programming languages such as C#.NET, C++, and Python to develop and maintain software solutions
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software quality
- Applying continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices to enhance software development processes
- Debugging and testing software to validate functionality and performance
- Designing enterprise application architecture and integrating solutions to meet business requirements
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

- Excelling in Application Development and Lifecycle Management
- Proficient in C#.NET, C++ Programming, and Python
- Utilizing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
- Demonstrating skills in Debugging and Quality Assurance Testing

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
