The Opportunity

As a Manufacturing QMS Consultant within our Operations practice, you will specialize in optimizing operational efficiency and effectiveness for clients in the Pharma/Life Sciences and Med Device sectors. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate the potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength.

In this role at PwC, you will work closely with clients to analyze product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. You will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimizing supply chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of manufacturing strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing product development lifecycles to identify bottlenecks and develop strategies for improving speed to market and reducing costs
- Providing guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles and optimizing supply chain integration
- Leveraging digital technologies to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes
- Conducting feasibility studies and strategic questioning to identify growth opportunities and market gaps
- Managing compliance and standards within manufacturing operations to maintain quality and integrity
- Overseeing project resource management to validate timely delivery and alignment with client expectations
- Promoting service excellence and systemic thinking to enhance client satisfaction and business performance
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and mentor emerging leaders in the industry

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
