What You'll Do

- Perform field inspections and collect project-related data at construction and development sites
- Assist with site investigations, measurements, and documentation
- Support engineering, surveying, and construction teams with field operations
- Record field observations and prepare reports using company software and mobile technology
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance checks on project activities
- Assist with GPS, survey, and mapping-related tasks as needed
- Take photographs and document project progress for clients and project managers
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards and project specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, architects, and field personnel
- Learn industry tools, technologies, and best practices through hands-on training

What We're Looking For

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, Surveying, Environmental Science, GIS, Geography, or a related field
- Strong interest in field operations, construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and project documentation (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to travel locally to project sites
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

- Internship, co-op, or hands-on experience in construction, surveying, engineering, architecture, or environmental projects
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, GIS, GPS equipment, surveying equipment, or construction drawings
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience using tablets, mobile applications, or digital field reporting tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment

Pay & Benefits

Expected Salary Range: $55,000 - $75,000 annually , depending on experience, education, and qualifications. Eligible employees may receive:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
