This opportunity is ideal for a licensed clinician looking to join a mission-driven team that provides critical mental health, substance use, and supportive services to individuals across the community. What You'll Do

- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services
- Complete behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Deliver crisis intervention and support services
- Coordinate care with healthcare providers, community agencies, and support programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records
- Assist clients with accessing medical, behavioral health, housing, and social service resources
- Participate in treatment team meetings and clinical discussions
- Support clients through recovery, stabilization, and goal achievement

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Active Connecticut licensure as one of the following: LMSW
- LPC or LPCA
- LMFT
- LADC

- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with mental health, substance use, homelessness, or related populations
- Strong communication, assessment, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications

- Bilingual Spanish-English
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
- Knowledge of co-occurring disorders and community-based behavioral health programs
- Familiarity with community resources throughout the Hartford area

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hartford, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $33.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
