Salary:  $70K–$130K + 10% bonus
Relocation:  Available

Job Summary
We are hiring a **Mechanical Engineer** to support manufacturing operations, equipment reliability, continuous improvement, and capital projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide mechanical engineering support for manufacturing equipment and processes.
* Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analysis.
* Lead continuous improvement projects focused on scrap, waste, downtime, and efficiency.
* Manage/support capital projects including new machine installations and equipment upgrades.
* Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules and coordinate vendors/contractors.
* Support equipment installation, startup, testing, and validation.
* Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, safety, quality, and productivity.
* Provide technical support to manufacturing, maintenance, and operations teams.

Must-Haves
* Mechanical Engineering experience in a **manufacturing environment**.
* Experience with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting.
* Experience with **continuous improvement and capital projects**.
* Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work **onsite in Graniteville, SC**.
