Salary:  $175,600 – $258,100/year

Job Summary
Seeking a Director to lead **Clinical Risk Management, Patient Safety, Quality, and Infection Prevention** programs within an acute care hospital.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead clinical risk and patient safety programs.
* Conduct/oversee **RCA, FMEA, and clinical chart reviews**.
* Oversee Infection Prevention and architectural infection-control activities.
* Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance.
* Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
* Analyze patient safety, quality, and population health data.
* Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams.

Must-Haves
* Recent **acute care hospital risk management** experience.
* **CPHRM certification**.
* **RN license** preferred/required.
* Experience with **RCA, FMEA, and patient safety**.
* Infection Prevention program experience.
* Architectural infection control experience.
* Healthcare cybersecurity risk experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
