Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help clients with mobility, transfers, and daily activities.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Help with errands and transportation as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and encourage client independence.
- Observe and report changes in clients' condition or well-being.

✅ Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and dependable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Must meet applicable company requirements.
