Loving Caregivers Needed – Spring House

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Help with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
- Help with errands and transportation as needed.
- Follow individualized care plans and promote client independence.
- Observe and report changes in clients’ condition or well-being.
What We Offer
- $15–$18 per hour (final rate determined at orientation).

✅ Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous caregiving, CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience preferred.
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and reliable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Must meet applicable company requirements.
