Maintenance Technician

Calusa Country Club Master Association , located in Bradenton, FL, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician! Pay Range: $60,000 to $65,00 per year (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for independently performing skilled maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance activities for facility buildings, grounds, equipment, and systems. This role requires sound judgment, technical expertise, and the ability to prioritize and resolve maintenance issues to support safe and efficient operations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, buildings, and grounds.

- Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, irrigation, and mechanical systems.

- Identify maintenance needs and recommend repair or replacement solutions.

- Coordinate repairs and services with outside vendors and contractors as needed.

- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulations.

- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

- Assist with facility improvement and capital projects.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred.

- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance systems.

- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Valid driver's license required.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in varying weather conditions.

- Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
