Join our established and growing bridge inspection team where your expertise will directly contribute to the safety and integrity of critical transportation infrastructure. As a Certified Bridge Inspector, you'll take on meaningful field work, lead a team, and build on your career in a role that offers both technical challenge and long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct routine, in-depth, and fracture-critical inspections of bridges and ancillary structures, assessing structural components for deterioration and deficiencies

- Document bridge conditions and prepare inspection reports using tablet-based field applications

- Access structures using industrial rope access, adapted climbing techniques, or mechanical access equipment

- Mentor and direct the Assistant Bridge Inspector as part of a project team

- Stay current on bridge design, maintenance, and inspection best practices

Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of bridge inspection experience

- FHWA-NHI-130055 Bridge Inspection certification required; additional NHI coursework preferred

- High School Diploma or GED

- SPRAT certification a plus; rope access training provided

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Ability to climb large structures, lift up to 50 lbs, and work outdoors 80% of the time in all weather conditions, including near live traffic

- Adaptable and self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset as well as a proactive approach to problem solving
