An Associate in BCG Bogotá plays a key entry-level role within the firm, typically suited for recent graduates or professionals with a few years of experience (maximum 4 years), who are looking to build a strong foundation in strategy consulting.
Associates work as part of collaborative consulting teams on diverse projects across a wide range of industries, from financial services to technology, healthcare, retail, and beyond. Their responsibilities include conducting rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate actionable insights, supporting the development of data-driven strategies and recommendations, and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders through meetings and presentations. This level of exposure allows Associates to contribute meaningfully to high-impact projects from day one.
The role demands strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly, and the adaptability to navigate different industries, client cultures, and business challenges. Flexibility to travel when projects require is also expected, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What You'll Bring
- A bachelor's degree in any field, with an outstanding academic record
- Up to 4 years of professional experience, ideally in roles that helped you build strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly, even to senior stakeholders
- A sharp analytical mindset, comfortable structuring ambiguous problems and turning data into real insights
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment, across different industries and client contexts
- A team player attitude, ready to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel when projects require it
- Colombian citizenship or appropriate sponsorship that permits legal work in Colombia
Who You'll Work With
