Arconic is currently in search of a Maintenance Mechanic to join our Building and Construction Team based in Springdale, Arkansas .

- Skills Assessment from Synergy Tech must be taken and meet minimum requirements.
- Initiative to learn new tasks and interested in training
- Enthusiastic about learning equipment and learning failure patterns.
- Self motivation and self discipline
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting
- Must be flexible to work any shift, holidays, and weekends as needed
- Overtime is required if deemed necessary by management
- Ability to be certified for Forklift, Crane, Gennie, and Scissor Lift
