Arc of Onondaga is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse, you will:
- Develop and maintain individualized care and treatment plans.
- Monitor medication administration and ensure accurate documentation and appropriate follow-up.
- Train and support direct-care staff in safe medication administration.
- Coordinate healthcare services, medical appointments, and follow-up care.
- Communicate and collaborate with healthcare providers, families, individuals, and support staff.
- Advocate for the health, dignity, independence, and quality of life of the people we support.
- Manage and maintain a consistent caseload while providing responsive, high-quality nursing support.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for an RN who is passionate about making a meaningful, long-term difference in the lives of others and who brings:
- A degree in Nursing
- Current New York State RN licensure
- Current CPR certification
- A valid New York State driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A compassionate, person-centered approach to care
- The ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and support staff
