<b>Overview</b><br><p>The Copilot Agents & Search Quality (CASQ) org is looking for an <strong>Executive Business Administrator</strong>. This role will support the Corporate Vice President and the worldwide organization that builds Microsoft 365 Copilot Search & Chat. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work effectively under pressure, within short time constraints, prioritize while multi-tasking, deal with ambiguity and have an aptitude to work independently without significant oversight or instruction, to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Exercises strong judgment in balancing executive priorities with equitable access and reasonable working hours across geographies.</li><li>Serve as a connector across the executive's global leadership team, administrative community, and key stakeholders, ensuring effective information flow, coordination, and follow-through across geographies.</li><li>Calendar management with attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader’s priorities and commitments. Maintain a level of leadership and professionalism that exemplifies Microsoft’s values through Respect, Integrity, and Accountability.</li><li>Lead and develop a team of Executive / Business Administrators including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career growth while setting consistent support standards, coverage models, and best practices.</li><li>Planning and coordinating domestic and international travel end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of any, and all logistics and itineraries, as well as the reconciling and submission of expense reports. Function as interim approver on team expense reports, ensuring coding accuracy.</li><li>Collaborate on planning and support of all-up events including all hands, offsites, morale events, and other group meetings as needed.</li><li>Assist with the management of the rhythm of the business (ROB) processes in partnership with Chief of Staff. Forecast and manage budget for morale, travel and entertainment, and training.</li><li>Manage space for the organization which includes proactively lead office space management and the transition to a hybrid workplace model for the organization, plan and execute space planning and shuffles including building upgrade projects.</li><li>Ensure awareness and compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures.</li><li>Distribution and group membership management and ownership</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>6+ years of demonstrated success supporting a senior executive.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li><li>Supported a global team, with remote employees, dealing with ambiguity in a timely manner.</li><li>Excellent organizational, analytical, and verbal / written communication skills.</li><li>Able to work effectively under pressure and act with appropriate urgency within short time constraints and shift priorities, and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations without having to know all the details.</li><li>Understanding of the business and what is important at different times by mapping where time is spent to key priorities.</li><li>High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Proactive anticipation of executive needs and able to work independently to make administrative decisions and engage with senior-level audience on behalf of the executive.</li><li>Knowledge of corporate organization, departmental business practices, and tools are strongly preferred.</li><li>Proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft internal systems and tools such as Employee Central, HeadTrax, HR Insights, MS Expense, My Order, iCIMS preferred.</li><li>Advanced knowledge using Microsoft productivity tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, and similar collaboration tools.</li></ul><p>#CAP #Copilot</p> <br><br><p>Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
