Enger Park Golf Management , located in Duluth, MN , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Outside Services II ! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Pay:
$13.50 - $15.00

Summary:
For this position, you must have a general knowledge of the golf game and be able to pass a basic assessment demonstrating your golf knowledge. We do not teach the basics of golf as part of any certification that we offer. However, you are not required to be an expert Golfer to perform well. Outside service team members that perform well may be offered an opportunity to caddie if a position opens up.

Job Responsibilities:

- Outside Service duties include staging golf carts, ensuring overall cart, range, and facility cleanliness, tournament set-up/clean-up, maintaining the practice range, and more.

- Cheerfully interact and deliver world class customer service.

Job Education and Experience Requirements:

- Must be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.

- Candidates without specific golf experience may be considered if you have previous experience in one the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles
