What we need from you:
Experience: 3+ years dedicated to managing Commercial Lines, specializing in a generalist book of small to mid-size accounts
License: Active Property & Casualty license
Software: Demonstrated proficiency with the EPIC agency management system
Understanding of diverse insurance coverages, products, and agency protocols.
The Position:
Servicing accounts of mostly small to mid-size accounts
Cultivate close client relationships, ensuring a highly professional service environment.
Process essential policy servicing documents: certificates of insurance, notices of cancellation, and endorsements.
Handle all client and carrier requests for information and documentation efficiently.
Support the producer by collecting necessary renewal data.
Advise clients on coverage options to ensure the most appropriate protection.
