The opportunity
Join our Leadership and Talent Development team and play a key role in developing QBE's future leaders. Working closely with people business partners, senior leaders and executive stakeholders, you'll help shape talent development strategies, create meaningful growth experiences and influence how leadership capability is developed across the organisation.

Your new role:
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of QBE's leadership and talent agenda. You'll partner with senior leaders and executive stakeholders to identify, develop and accelerate high-potential talent, designing development experiences that build leadership capability and prepare future leaders for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Designing talent solutions that support strategic business and people priorities.
- Supporting executive talent review and succession planning activities.
- Creating innovative development experiences that build leadership capability and readiness.
- Partnering with people business partners senior leaders to unlock development opportunities for high-potential talent.
- Influencing talent outcomes through insight, stakeholder engagement and sound judgement.
- Collaborate with the Global Talent Community of Practice to share regional insights, contribute to global talent initiatives and support their successful adoption across the region.
- Analyse talent and development data to evaluate outcomes, identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to executive and Board-level reporting.
About You
You're passionate about developing talent and helping current and future leaders realise their potential. You bring deep talent development expertise, strong commercial judgement and credibility when partnering with people business partners and senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating in a team environment one day and executive environments the next day, you know how to build support for new ideas, navigate complexity and create development solutions that deliver meaningful business impact.
You'll also have:
- Experience in talent development, talent management, succession planning or organisational development.
- Demonstrated success designing and implementing talent development initiatives.
- Experience translating talent insights into practical development solutions.
- Experience with reporting on talent outcomes and writing sections for board reporting.
- Experience with Workday is advantageous.
