The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support two General Managers within our People function, supporting the AUSPAC division.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team and work closely with senior leaders across a the business. You'll play an important role behind the scenes, helping leaders stay focused on strategic priorities while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the function.

Your new role

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support to two General Managers and their teams within the People function. Working closely with senior leaders, you will manage a variety of priorities, regularly handle sensitive and confidential information, and act as a trusted support partner across a broad range of business activities.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing complex and ever-changing diaries, balancing priorities and ensuring leaders are well prepared for meetings and commitments.
- Coordinating leadership team meetings, including scheduling, preparation of materials, meeting logistics and follow-up actions.
- Planning and organising team offsites, workshops and events, ensuring a seamless experience from planning through to delivery.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support, including travel arrangements, expenses, correspondence and meeting coordination.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, building strong working relationships and supporting the coordination of team activities, key deliverables and business priorities.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and streamline administrative activities to enhance team effectiveness.
