We're seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract through to January 2028. This role operates from our Sydney group office and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement, balancing office collaboration with work-from-home flexibility.

About the Role

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll support the employee lifecycle through the delivery of high-quality administration, systems management and process coordination activities.

Working closely with site operations, Talent Acquisition and People & Culture stakeholders, you'll help ensure our people process runs smoothly, efficiently and accurately.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating onboarding and employee lifecycle administration activities

- Preparing employment contracts and employee documentation

- Maintaining employee records and HRIS data accuracy

- Supporting annual People & Culture programs including remuneration reviews, performance and development activities, and talent processes

- Producing reports and providing administrative support across the P&C function

- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across sites and corporate teams

- Identifying opportunities to improve, streamline and automate administrative processes

About you

You may already be working in a Human Resources, People & Culture or shared services administration role and are looking to expand your experience within a supportive and evolving environment.

You'll bring:

- Experience within a People & Culture, HR administration or similar role

- Exposure to HR systems such as SuccessFactors or equivalent platforms

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Well-developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills

- A proactive and solutions-focused approach

- Curiosity, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in continuous improvement

Most importantly, you'll enjoy working with people, be comfortable operating within structured processes and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
