Your Team
Reporting to the Executive Director of Investment Sales, this role sits within the Distribution business unit at CFS, which encompasses the strategy and execution of our Managed Account and Alliance Partner funds. The overall objective of the Investment Sales team is to deliver net sales and revenue growth for CFS through targeting new revenue channels, clients and commercial relationships.
You will be responsible for the sales growth of Alliance Partner funds as well as the CFS suite of products. The role requires building and growing strong relationships with financial advisers, private banks and research professionals.
Your Responsibilities
- Leverage strong relationships with financial advisers, consultants and wealth businesses to achieve sales outcomes.
- Expand opportunities with existing clients to support long-term partnerships.
- Contribute to presentations and client pitches as a subject matter expert on alliance partner strategies and CFS managed accounts.
- Enact targeted campaigns and promotion of specific investment products.
- Manage key IFA dealer group research relationships, including campaigns, pitching and presenting strategies.
- Drive consistent external activity to meet strategic objectives and sales outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets using data-driven insights.
- Execute national roadshows for investment manager representatives to promote products through various channels.
- You will be responsible for the sales growth of Alliance Partner funds as well as the CFS suite of products. The role requires building and growing strong relationships with financial advisers, private banks and research professionals
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences.
Your Capability and Experience
- Solid experience servicing existing clients and identifying new business opportunities in the investment management industry is essential.
- Highly self-driven, proactive, resilient and motivated to work at pace.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Clear and articulate communication skills, both written and verbal.
- RG146 compliant or willing to obtain.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or postgraduate qualifications, such as MAppFin, CFA or CIMA, will be highly regarded.
- Driver’s license and own vehicle is required
