Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Responsible with understanding of assembly line equipment’s process and parameters like wheel alignment ,Dynamometers, filling equipment’s etc
- Responsible Consistent Quality of rolled out vehicles with understanding of straight pass.
- Systematic Concern Resolution Process with understanding of Poke yoke, HEP,& QC tools
- Responsible for Develop & Deploy Quality Systems in line with focus on BIQ
- Identifying the need, bridging ownership gaps, documenting & training
- Responsible & Monitoring SPC on line Torque control nut runner (TCNR)
- Understanding of torque and pneumatic tools for Calibration eg., TCNR,Battery tools
- Responsible for engineering specification test on Vehicle
- Responsible for check man(Quality Inspector) certification through MSA(measurement system analysis)
- Responsible field failure control through WRAP(warranty reduction audit process)
- Understanding of vehicle system like HVAC ,brakes, clutch, diagnostics etc
