Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect with 12+ years of experience specializing in Active Directory, domain migrations, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, and DFS. The role involves infrastructure assessment, solution design, architecture, planning, and execution of Active Directory domain migrations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and maintain Active Directory services on Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019 domain controllers.
- Good knowledge of FIM and ADFS.
- Work on GPO consolidation, OU restructuring, AD Sites, permissions, domain decommissioning, and sizing projects.
- Remediation of domains, domain controller builds, and functional level upgrades.
- Strong experience in infrastructure assessment, solution design, architecture, planning, and execution for Active Directory domain migrations.
- Experience with Active Directory domain migrations using Quest, ADMT, or similar tools.
- Assess all domains and forests along with IIS, file, print, database, and other servers.
- Implement Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access policies, MFA, FIDO authentication, and Windows Hello for Business.
- Gather migration requirements by interacting with multiple stakeholders and application owners.
- Good exposure to Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On, directory schema, replication topology, RBAC, and user lifecycle.
- Manage Identity and Access Management of Azure subscriptions, Azure AD, Azure AD Application Proxy, and Azure AD PTA.
- Design and develop specialized automation tools, scripts, and processes for administration and performance monitoring.
- Experience in synchronising objects, users, groups, and workstations in a hybrid approach.
- Excellent knowledge of designing Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
- Good understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, and OpenID.
- Design and implementation of Active Directory Federation Services.
- Troubleshoot Active Directory domain migration-related issues and suggest best practices.
- Provide end-to-end support for migration of all directory objects.
- Work effectively as a team player and with virtual teams.
- Ability to work in a variety of client settings and platforms.
- Use PowerShell scripting as an added skill.

### Requirements
The skills we are looking for:

- Minimum 12+ years of experience.
- Active Directory expertise, including AD domain migrations using Quest, ADMT, or a similar tool. This is a must-have.
- Strong knowledge of DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Azure AD, and DFS.
- Good knowledge of FIM and ADFS.
- Good to have knowledge of M365 and Wintel.
- Good to have exposure to Azure Infrastructure as a Service.
- Good understanding of authentication protocols such as SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, and OpenID.
- PowerShell scripting knowledge is an added advantage.
