The Role

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented (Senior) Financial Analyst to join our team in Malta. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our financial operations, where you will contribute to the compliance and accounting for our Holding companies.

You will work closely with senior management across different finance functions to support with accurate and timely reporting, maintain high standards of corporate governance and compliance, and improve processes and ways of working. What you will do

- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations , and analytical review of the financials.
- Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support internal and external audit processes and liaise with auditors.
- Manage supplier payments and assist with cash flow and liquidity planning.
- Contribute to tax compliance and statutory filing requirements.
- Support senior management with corporate governance activities, including board meetings, management reporting, and stakeholder communications.

The Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in finance , economics, or engineering.
- Previous experience in accounting or equivalent is beneficial
- Strong communication skills: fluent in English, with additional languages considered an
advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint ; experience with Oracle is considered an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- International experience, such as studying, living, or working abroad, is highly valued.
