Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Cost estimation, Negotiation, and Price settlement of Proprietary, Hydraulics, Harnesses and Rubber and Plastic Parts.
Active sourcing to map completion and new trends for own commodity.
Carrying out negotiations with suppliers for own commodity.
Empanelling proprietary and spare parts planning vendors as per the platform targets.Supporting Supplier Business Capability Building initiative for own commodity.
Anticipate business risk associated with own commodities and relevant industries and propose mitigation plan.
Actively collaborating with multiple stakeholdersSSU Leadership, Accounts, Business Excellence, Plant Heads, Spares lead, Strategic Vendors, Government Agencies to resolve/anticipate issues and ensure smooth operations.Participating in various SSU forums to project business indicators, concerns, highlights of performance and give inputs to stakeholders /decision making.
Coordination with supplier quality team to ensure timely and flawless development
