We are looking for a Maintenance and Support Engineer with experience in maintenance services, customer support, incident management, repairs, RMA processes, lifecycle support, KPI monitoring, and logistics activities to join projects focused on ensuring the operational availability, supportability, and lifecycle management of equipment and systems within the space sector .
💡 What will you do?
- Manage and monitor maintenance and customer support activities.
- Coordinate incident resolution, repairs, and RMA processes.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to maintenance and support services.
- Support logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities.
- Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to ensure service quality and compliance with deadlines.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Organization.
- Experience or knowledge in maintenance services and customer support.
- Experience or knowledge in incident management, repairs, RMA processes, and equipment lifecycle support.
- Experience or knowledge in KPI management and follow-up.
- Advanced level of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously.
