About this role
Would you like to play a key role in supporting a global sales organisation working with ingredients for early life and specialised nutrition customers around the world?
You will become part of Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI), an independent company within the Arla Foods Group and a global leader in natural whey ingredients. Our ingredients are used across categories including infant nutrition, medical nutrition, sports nutrition, bakery, beverages and dairy.

As Senior Sales Supporter, you will be an essential contributor to the daily execution of our sales activities while helping drive best practices, process improvements and knowledge sharing across the organisation ,” says Morten Boesen, Head of Global Sales, Specialised Nutrition.
How you will make an impact
As Senior Sales Supporter, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth execution of our commercial activities and supporting the continued growth of our global customer portfolio. You will work closely with Account Managers, Sales Development Managers and a broad network of stakeholders across the organisation.
Your key responsibilities will be to
- Support account teams with customer-related activities, proactively identifying where your support can add value
- Handle customer requests relating to documentation, samples, stock levels, order deviations and product information
- Support CRM activities, including opportunities, quotations, contracts, customer contacts, and sample management
- Create and maintain customer master data and support account setup processes
- Manage customer complaints in close cooperation with Quality and Regulatory colleagues
- Support forecasting activities and act as a key user of business systems such as IBP and CRM
In addition, you will prepare invoices, sales reports and customer-related analyses, while coordinating with internal stakeholders.
What will make you successful
You have several years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration or a similar role, combined with experience of working across different business systems, preferably including CRM and ERP platforms. You bring strong analytical and organisational skills and can manage a broad range of tasks without compromising quality or accuracy.
You are service-minded, highly organised and comfortable working in an international matrix organisation with many stakeholders. You enjoy creating structure, solving problems and enabling others to succeed. Your collaborative approach allows you to build productive relationships across functions and cultures, while your clear communication style enables you to guide and support colleagues with confidence. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
