Key Responsibilities

Strategic Vendor Governance

- Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic suppliers and managed service providers.
- Establish and lead governance frameworks including operational reviews, service reviews, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and executive governance meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with supplier leadership teams and key internal stakeholders.
- Drive supplier accountability for delivery of contractual commitments and business outcomes.

Contract Management

- Manage the full post-contract lifecycle of vendor agreements.
- Interpret contractual obligations and ensure compliance with contractual terms and service agreements.
- Lead contract amendments, change orders, renewals, extensions, and renegotiations.
- Identify contractual risks and collaborate with Legal and Procurement teams to develop mitigation strategies.

Performance Management

- Monitor supplier performance against contracted KPIs, SLAs, XLAs, and business outcomes.
- Conduct service performance assessments and trend analysis.
- Drive remediation plans for service gaps and recurring issues.
- Ensure service credits, penalties, and incentives are appropriately managed and enforced.

Commercial & Financial Management

- Oversee financial governance of supplier contracts and spend.
- Review invoices and billing compliance against contractual terms.
- Identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities and productivity commitments.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, benchmarking, and business case development.

Supplier Risk & Compliance Management

- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual, regulatory, security, privacy, and operational requirements.
- Track and manage supplier risks, issues, dependencies, and audit findings.
- Coordinate business continuity, disaster recovery, and risk management activities with suppliers.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

- Partner with suppliers to identify automation, AI, digitalization, and process improvement opportunities.
- Drive innovation initiatives that improve business outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Lead strategic initiatives related to service transformation, operating model changes, and supplier transitions.

Stakeholder Management

- Build strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and functional leaders.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights regarding supplier performance, risks, and commercial outcomes.
- Influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations and governance practices.

Supplier Transition & Change Management

- Support outsourcing transitions, vendor onboarding, offboarding, and transformation programs.
- Ensure seamless service continuity during organizational or contractual changes.
- Manage supplier transition plans, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Vendor Management, Supplier Management, Outsourcing Governance, Procurement, Contract Management, or Managed Services.
- Experience managing large and complex outsourcing relationships valued at multiple millions of dollars annually.
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts, SLAs, KPIs, governance structures, and service management principles.
- Experience in managing IT Services, HR Outsourcing (HRO), Finance & Accounting (F&A), BPO, or Shared Services contracts.
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations, renewals, benchmarking, and dispute resolution.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of supplier governance platforms such as GovernX, Sirion, ServiceNow, SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation solutions within vendor management processes.
- Familiarity with outsourcing transitions, transformations, and operating model redesign.
- Professional certifications such as: ITIL
- PMP

- Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM)
