WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Manage the daily operation, setup, and continuous monitoring of wave equipment to maximize production efficiency.
Execute accurate equipment changeovers, operational adjustments, and calibrations for different production runs.
Perform regular quality control checks on output to guarantee products meet precise industry and company specifications.
Diagnose basic mechanical issues on the fly and collaborate with the team on preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Champion workplace safety by keeping your workstation strictly organized and following all facility safety protocols.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
At least 3 years of hands-on experience operating production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Proven experience running wave machines or closely related advanced automated equipment.
Solid mechanical troubleshooting skills and a sharp eye for detail.
Comfort reading, interpreting, and applying information from technical operational manuals and production orders.
A proactive team player who values reliability, continuous improvement, and producing high-quality work.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $24.00
