About the Role
Savory Hospitality is seeking a Receiver to support our Operations and Kitchen teams. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and rotating food, beverage, and supply deliveries while maintaining clean, organized, and compliant storage areas. The Receiver will also support inventory tracking, sanitation, food safety, and communication around delivery or facility issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and properly store food, beverage, and supply deliveries
• Follow FIFO practices and maintain temperature, receiving, and inventory logs
• Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and storage practices
• Wash and properly handle fresh produce as needed
• Maintain clean and organized receiving, storage, and restroom areas
• Safely handle chemicals and dispose of waste appropriately
• Communicate delivery issues, inventory discrepancies, and maintenance concerns to management
• Support Operations and Kitchen teams with additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Team-oriented with a flexible, can-do attitude
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate records
• DOH Food Handler’s Certificate preferred

Schedule & Physical Requirements
• Monday through Friday, 1:00 AM–9:00 AM
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
